Client Usage
Clients may use their photographs for personal purposes, including:

Website & Portfolio Use

If a client does not wish their images to be used publicly, this must be communicated in writing before or after the session.
Artistic Style
By booking a session, clients acknowledge and accept the artistic style, editing, and colour grading of Charm of Valeria.
Requests for changes beyond the standard editing style are not included unless agreed in advance.
Limitation of Liability
Charm of Valeria is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, location limitations, or unforeseen technical issues.
